We cooked Thanksgiving dinner the Saturday before Thanksgiving, and invited the wife's family over. We cut the turkey into pieces before cooking it, so it only took an hour to cook. Delicious.

Thanksgiving dinners are really superb and your idea of cooking Turkey is really amazing. I will also try this for my coming thanksgiving party. Last year we all employees celebrated at best corporate events Chicago venues. It was also wonderful.
